We have designed our service for simplicity and ease of administration for our customers.

Rolling Calibration Contract

Shortly before the calibration of your BluBug sensors is due, we send you a replacement set of newly calibrated and serviced sensors along with their UKAS traceable calibration certificates. The replacement sensors are pre-programmed to automatically take over the monitoring job of your existing sensors so all you have to do is swap them over and return the used sensors to us. This ensures that our Continuous Monitoring Service really is continuous.

On receipt, we check the calibration of the returned BluBug sensors and send you an 'as found' certificate to give you assurance that your sensors have been operating correctly from day 1 to day 365.

Swap Out Warranty

With our unique Swap Out Warranty if a sensor is damaged, lost or broken a free phone call is all it takes to ensure a replacement is with you in one business day.

The replacement sensor is pre-programmed to take over the role from the sensor it replaces. To ensure the fastest response, we send you the replacement first and you reuse the packaging to return the damaged sensor to us.

Server Operation

Web Access to data from BluBug sensors is provided to all authorised users. Free SMS alerts and email alert notifications are also provided. BluBug Ltd will retain all data recorded by sensors for 30 years, providing a full audit trail.
