BluBug Ethernet gateway - including localised alerts.
BluBug Gateways are used to connect the wireless sensors to your computer network. For extra security and simplified monitoring, our Ethernet Gateway doubles-up as a localised alerting unit - with visual and audible signals.
In the event of network failure, the BluBug Gateway continues to operate and alarm locally. In the event of power failure the internal backup battery ensures continuous operation.
The BluBug Gateway features:
- Graphical LCD display showing local BluBug sensor status and alarms
- Sounders and bright LEDs attract attention when alarms are raised
- Battery backed to continue operation in the event of power loss
- HTTP Server for configuration using a standard browser
- Can be powered from the mains or Power Over Ethernet (Fully IEEE 802.3 compliant)
- NTP client allows accurate timestamps for all measurements
- Supports proxy servers and proxy servers with basic authentication
- DHCP client or static IP address
